Shipping Times
We ship orders Monday–Friday. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After that, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

U.S. Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you didn’t receive it or need help, email us at support@mermhaircare.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond 14 business days, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
