Returns & Refunds:
Due to the hygienic nature of haircare products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Order Issues:
If your order was lost, delayed, or arrived in poor condition, contact us at hello@mermhaircare.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Cancellations & Changes:
If you need to update your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
